The house has a living area with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. From the living room, there is access to a small terrace partially covered by a pergola overgrown with ivy.
Above the house is another large terrace with an outdoor stone grill and a summer outdoor shower. From the back of the house, there is access to a small room with a washing machine.
Under the house, there is a garage of approximately 22 m2 that can accommodate a small car, but it is mainly used to store bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, and beach furniture.
There are a few stairs leading directly to the beach from the garage. The beach includes a dock and a berth for a boat. Private stainless steel stairs lead to the sea, where the entrance is like a pool.
The house is accessed by a dead-end road with parking for two cars in front of the garage.
